DavidShield's explicit policy is to operate, update, and improve the site in as continuous a manner as possible; however, DavidShield reserves the right to enter amendments and improvements to the site, the terms and conditions relating to its use at any time and to terminate and restart its activity from time to time, based on its sole and exclusive discretion.  Any changes will be binding to the users as of its introduction to the site. General

This agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Israel.  The authority of the Tel Aviv courts will apply to any conflicts arising from the use of the site or related thereto, and Tel Aviv will be the exclusive jurisdiction.  In the event that it is ruled that a certain part of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable articles will be deemed as replaced by valid and enforceable articles, whose content is most similar to the original articles, while the remainder of the articles will continue to be valid.
